I once lived there. Aged up three teenagers into young adults and moved them to this apartment type of building (That was before City Living) and placed another apartment, a bar and a restaurant I think. It was nice living there for a change since I had been used to all of the previous neighborhoods already and wanted something different.
I've been thinking about doing something with it on my current game and I'm probably going to place a restaurant, a big retail store and two Karaoke/Bowling/Bar/Club lots. I kind of want to make it look like The Sims 1's Downtown from that Hot Date expansion pack.
