When my plans to turn Magnolia Promande into Arctic Promenade, a residential area with eternal winter, failed because the weather machine's effects aren't permanent, I decided to give it to the kids and make it a school campus of sorts, with a cafeteria, a library, a kid-friendly gym, and a swimming hall, while pretending that one of the backdrop buildings is the school. All of these have lot traits to attract children and teenagers especially, but are also available to adults after school hours.
