My loads are really fast so nothing. When I was using a cheap laptop I would get something to eat and drink and use the bathroom. Now I am generally multitasking checking e-mail, applying for jobs, watching videos on Youtube and Twitch, mod Twitch channels, skimming SimGurus Twitter/forums for any worthwhile Sims news or bug notes, use discord, use Facebook messenger, stream, read a book, cook or bake something, leave a stream on lurk while doing errands or working out at the gym, use my phone or tablet, talk with friends, and plan parties with friends just to name a few. I also like to dance, so sometimes I play spotify and dance around while cleaning and letting my Sims game run on idle since I know Sims won't die unless I interact with them with all the fail safes Sims 4 has. So I don't do anything during loading, but once the game starts, I am generally really busy multitasking since playing the Sims 4 is super easy to do as the only activity during the day. If it was Oxygen Not Included and I did something they would die like how they did with the last Sims live stream......sorry for starving you my tiny people, but at least you had air.
