I really hope non-dorm uni is a thing. In Australia, nearly NOBODY lives in a dorm at uni, most live at home, or in their own home, and go to classes for a few hours a day, then studies at home, or does entirely online uni (for courses that offer it, of course). i'd feel miffed if I can't let my supposedly teens stay home with mum to do their study like they do here. Dorms just aren't in my ideal experience at all.
More social clubs and types, like the nerds and jocks from TS3, and maybe even more extra-curricular, things that add to skills, like being on the guild adding to Charisma, which helps for Politics.
I'd love culinary school to be a thing, along with magic school (as a secret school that only a spellcaster can enrol in) and the CHOICE of active school. I don't like active careers, so I would like the choice to send my Sims to a rabbit hole.
