What do you look for in downloaded house lots from the gallery?

I like building house lots so I'd love to know what people want from their downloaded lots, style, how many bedrooms, how many packs used, etc. I'd love to hear your feedback to the following: 1) ...

Oh someone mentioned basements. If it has a starter basement at least that's a plus. Sometimes it's hard to build in a basement staircase around the structure that's there. I guess that's another #5 for me.
