I like the accidental deaths and for the most part accept them. The only time I quit without saving was when my Sim bride died of laughter on her wedding day while I was micromanaging something about the ceremony. I didn't even realize she'd gotten overly playful, so I had to quit and start the wedding over.
I once was playing a Thor Sim and he died by electrocution trying to fix a dishwasher, which I found hilarious and ironic at the same time so I kept it and let him be a ghost in the game instead. 😄
