What do you think of accidental deaths?

I've only rolled back a few times, depending on when and who died.  Mostly, it was when it was a clear game glitch, and it was my main character, Erik Cantrell.  I shut off deaths for Neighborhood Stories this go-around. I've had my share of NPC deaths with the prior iteration of my Cantrell family to last me a lifetime. As for Emotional deaths, the day I finally got to experience it, I lost two Sims at the same event. I have since disabled it via the MCCC mod. And rolled back the game to before the deaths occurred. Tried to carry on as best I could but things just went from bad to worse with my unwed Rock Star trying to care for his toddler nephews after the death of their parents.
