What Does It Mean …

… when your Sim kids are playing "Don't Wake the Llama" and in losing, the pile of sticks goes up in smoke and flames? Curiously, enough, Aaron, the eldest who is a teen, lost twice. Third time is when the flames erupted. He's a hothead, yet managed to keep his cool, all the same.

I'm guessing, his game just went down in flames? :open_mouth:

Is this a normal occurrence? I don't have my Sims play the game all that much and it's a first for me.
  • It's supposed to be a rare occurrence but it can actually happen anytime someone loses. It's just supposed to be one of the animations for the game:

Can I ask whether the game was affected? Like, did it start a fire on your lot? Did the object become unusable?

My Sims haven’t really played many games like chess or don’t wake the llama. Somehow I often forget to put those objects in their houses. :/
I did notice something similar with my chef cooking though. I was zoomed in taking some screenshots when flames erupted from the stovetop/frypan. I panicked, just a bit, and prepared to save my Sims from the fire. Only nothing happened. He was just cooking competently. Silly thing was, I think he was making pancakes.

Well, it most certainly is rare. I've had my Sims play this game a few times in the past, and this is a first for me. LOL

No, the game didn't appear to be affected at all. It was just weird. But, then again, maybe that's the point? Weirder stories? :open_mouth:

That's fantastic. It happened and was over so fast I didn't even have time to react by hitting the pause button! Caught me by surprise, it did.
  • I've never seen that happen. The only thing I have seen is Mean (and I think ones with maxed out mischief) sims with the ability to set the game on fire.
