One thing I would pay for is new towns. I'm not sure why they haven't let us create new towns from templates like in Sims 2 OR buy new towns like in Sims 3. But anyway, I've never thought much about a farming expansion, but I'm starting to get interested in the idea. A rural town, cows, horses, goats, tractors, new crops, jam making and nectar making. Could be fun.
