I only have a few minutes before work, but I'll say this. I haven't seen a list like that, but just going by memory I'd say nearly all features in Sims 1 got put into Sims 2 eventually. Two things that didn't, that I can remember right now are the Magic Town and Superstar in Sims 1. Sims 2 did include a hidden lot for witches, but it was nothing compared to the crazy wonder of Magic Town, with all the side show performers, games and roller coaster. Some of the smaller features of Superstar made it into Sims 2, but nothing like jobs, the town, etc..
That said, the things that Sims 2 imported from Sims 1 usually became much bigger and better. Sims 1 had Vacation which was just one tropical resort hotel (with a lot of cool stuff), but Sims 2 gave us 3 locations, three groups of locals, local customs, songs, foods, music and tricky hidden lots.
Sims 2 also created new content that never was in Sim 1. University, Open for Business, Seasons, Apartment Life.
