Time travel to the past - Medieval would be my preferred
Winter or Mountain get away, maybe combined with some romance themes and a hotel system

Amusement Parks
Las Vegas themed vacation world - with hotels and casinos
African Safari
Zoos/Aquariums
SP
Decades/retro packs - anything from the 50s - 00s!, one per decade is stretching it but I'd buy any and all of them.
Swimming Pool stuff - those missing pool related items
Bayside stuff - my favorite sets from the Sims 3, I would LOVe to see them redone in Sims 4 style.
