What Exactly is the Purpose of the Museum Lot?

I have been creating a template save now, and I am debating what could I do to Museum Lots? I just realied that I demolished the one in Del Sol Valle with no second thought, as it feels like there is ...

That's what I do. I have a few different 'churches' dotted around the worlds that are all museums for weddings.
