I think you probably need at least a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080, maybe even two of those. Even with one GTX 1080, you might not get a nice 60fps on the game if you're playing it on Ultra.

I was told that the Sims 4 might have some fps problems with in 4K but then again, there's already some fps problems even on 1080p. I think it will still be good to have a good enough power supply for 4K tho. Yeah, I'm not too sure about the dual cards for TS4. It's probably going to just use one card even if you have two. :D
