Well, here's the place for all those one-off things you just want to share and talk about with other players. Feel free to post text only posts or your screenshots too. Reposting this to hopefully bump this up and make it easier to find.Today I went through my game and restored some communities. There were a lot of empty houses where Neighborhood Stories and MCCC moved people around and out, so I fixed some of the blight, especially in Del Sol Valley. When I was checking out Granite Falls, I paid Harry Bigfoot a visit. Seems the residents of the Falls belatedly realized they never gave him a Welcome Wagon, so they showed up with fruitcake, tea and a nice visit on a rainy evening.

Thanks. He’s a bit of a loner, but still a big old cuddle bug. I’m sure he’ll make some great friends.

Love the name, Harry Bigfoot. Hoping he's made some good friends over in Granite Falls. I'm sure he's digging the fruitcake.

I just placed my "story" over at Creative Corner, myself. Only one picture. This new layout is a bit confusing to me. Has me bumfuzzled to borrow a new old word. LOL I may go ahead and add a brief synopsis of what's going on in my game over here, too. Since it will likely be just moments here and there. Thank you for this.

Thank you for this. The other thread can be a bit intimidating to post in when you aren't a storyteller or a consistent poster even. The massive comment posts are equally overwhelming. Often, I just want to share bits and pieces from my play. You know, to stay in touch and be social on a smaller scale =)

Here's one from the other night. I have a young family and the mom sim is a painter. She's been painting her family and has a dedicated wall for family portraits that she's been working on as the two daughters age up. It's been pretty realistic, wiggly kids, bad poses, moving at the last minute before image capture, you get the idea. Well, Daughter 2, who was at the toddler stage, was sitting for mom and was in a toddler Mood. So after a couple of attempts with image capture she painted a lovely portrait: Toddler In Tantrum. I laughed and laughed.

@Catzilla Over the years, no game has made me laugh as much as The Sims 4 :)

Well, I couldn't wait for things, as usual, meaning my Sulani conservationist is pregnant now. She just hit level four in her career. I invited her merman boyfriend to join her household while he was still her roommate. I thought the game might cancel his roommate status, but it didn't, so I made her kick him out. They don't do that in a nice way, so he was sad for a spell. I'm glad she did it, though, because people don't just enter the house anymore in spite of the private dwelling trait. Some even stole his things! But the real problem was that the game would fast forward when she slept as if he was still just a roommate and not part of the household. Everything is good now.

I started the Animal Crossing challenge by the wonderful and talented Kawaii Stacie. Never realized how hard it was to get fossils in this game until I needed to dig up 25 of them lol

You end up with a whole lot of collectible figurines and nowhere to put them. lol

@Nindigo This game surprises me more than any other game I've ever played.

I've had weird relationship bugs like that too. Note to self: Don't rush the romances. lol
