What happened to premade lots ?

They do that you know, they have stuff already created and put aside and use it somewhere else and then it might not make much sense to us. ETA: But then I saw these same complaints for SV, and some other EPs/GPs I didn't get. It might be because the one who built lots and worlds is at mobile.
