What happens if you cant pay the rent?

That's a very good question. Maybe it's still light and water loss despite paying rent.

Wouldn't mind if it's like the repoman, that was always funny in TS2 (the nanny and maid would take stuff too if you couldn't pay). :lol: But it would be more excitement and challenging if they just kick you out. I'm sure others wouldn't like that, and it would probably get annoying if it happened too much, but still, fun times I'd say. :naughty:

Which is exactly why that won't happen in The Sims 4. EA these days don't think about the consequences so expect some hand holding situation to occur. At it's worst only the lights and water will go off. I honestly can't see EA adding eviction to the game because that would be a negative consequence. If homelessness was "The New Sexy" where everyone wanted to do it to feel adventurous then maybe EA would add it because they prefer "happiness over consequence" but since that's not the reality I'm not expecting eviction in the game. Just some sort of hand holding situation where your avoiding eviction for some other minor event.....

Since making money in this game is pretty easy, I think it would be cool if they do kick you out. Most players will have no problem with it, but story players can get kicked out if they want to make the game interesting.

I hope they can get evicted, that would be cool.

This is some major wishful thinking. But I wish you could like give your landlord a little bit here and there with false promises to pay in full so you won't get kicked out right away :D :D As for water and electricity...steal your neighbors lol
