Which is exactly why that won't happen in The Sims 4. EA these days don't think about the consequences so expect some hand holding situation to occur. At it's worst only the lights and water will go off. I honestly can't see EA adding eviction to the game because that would be a negative consequence. If homelessness was "The New Sexy" where everyone wanted to do it to feel adventurous then maybe EA would add it because they prefer "happiness over consequence" but since that's not the reality I'm not expecting eviction in the game. Just some sort of hand holding situation where your avoiding eviction for some other minor event.....
