What have you guys built in Magnolia Promenade?

Sometimes I use it as a downtown district with a couple different entertainment things to do like others have said, but in my current save I think I'm just going to make it a deadspace where I make unplayed sims for my actually played sims to interact with so they can finally make new friends lol... I also like to use it this way because it's like controllable NPCs, like I will go in and get some sims pregnant or change their relationships and then dip.
