What have you guys built in Magnolia Promenade?

I am one of those simmers who prefers their game to be a little more uniform. I like it when houses in a certain neighbourhood match their styles. So far i've completed San Myshuno, Willow Creek and...

For the longest time I didnt play in Magnolia but I finally got around to rebuilding.

Mine's got:
- Massive four level Gym
- Seafood restaurant (with aquarium walls as my pièce de résistance ;) )
- Italian restaurant with an underground cinema for date nights/group outings
- Lounge bar with bowling and skating
