What If Seasons is Confined to Specific Locations?

Gaging the requests for Seasons how would you feel about weather being confined to one new world or four different packs for each type of weather? Or one pack like one pack that contains four differ...

Right, but would you buy a bigger pack (EP) where the seasons are confined into one world and existing worlds would not have snow, rain etc.?
