What If Seasons is Confined to Specific Locations?

Gaging the requests for Seasons how would you feel about weather being confined to one new world or four different packs for each type of weather? Or one pack like one pack that contains four differ...

I'd rather have weather in different destinations. If seasons come in every world, I hope there will be an option to turn them off in the worlds we don't want to have them.
