What If Seasons is Confined to Specific Locations?

Gaging the requests for Seasons how would you feel about weather being confined to one new world or four different packs for each type of weather? Or one pack like one pack that contains four differ...

I don't think it would be a good idea to limit weather to one specific world. Especially since there are no custom worlds, I think it should be possible to get weather to all worlds.
