What If Seasons is Confined to Specific Locations?

Gaging the requests for Seasons how would you feel about weather being confined to one new world or four different packs for each type of weather? Or one pack like one pack that contains four differ...

I'm unlikely to buy a full Seasons EP, but I'd look into one, perhaps more, pack that adds a new location with an all-year season Sims 1 style. It depends on the actual execution of the idea, but on principle I'm not opposed to the idea.
