What is a good graphics card to upgrade to?

I have an Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti. It's probably way more than needed for Sims 4. The game plays beautifully on my 1440p 34 inch monitor.
If you're upgrading parts - consider upgrading everything together so that you don't get any bottlenecks or else you may not get the full potential out of whatever you choose to upgrade.
