Hmm... That is a difficult question... Here's my answer.
Ghosts... They are already dead. They can't die, but this time they also can't have children. They won't age at all. This means that it's more tragic when a child or teen dies because they are doomed to go to school forever. Resurrection is... it depends. If you only have the base game, the ambrosia or book of life are your options. Both are hard to get. Some DLC make it easier. For example, with Romantic Garden stuff, ghosts can wish for life. The only way beyond being a ghost is... being deleted...
Still, they have usual needs. They need to sleep, eat, and use the bathroom. Plus they are as strong as they were when they were alive. With this, I wouldn't say they are.
Aliens, they have the usual sims struggles but they can use some special alien powers. Still, not powerful...
Vampires, now here we are. They are immune to a lot of deaths (starvation, emotional deaths, pufferfish, drowning (unless they're pulled underwater) etc). They are also immune to temperatures (even before teen stage). Plus their aging is stopped, so they age until they are young adults and then stay that way (giving death flower scented arrangements will age them up, but won't kill elder vampires). They do have one weakness: sun. Before they can get the sunlight resistance, they can die by sunlight. However, if they have this resistance, that's another death off the list.
The powers mainly give them a upper hand. Plus they can literally stop hygiene, social, and fun needs. And they don't need to use the toilet. Besides that, they will still need a house, especially if they don't have sunlight resistance.
The cure is simple to learn: just get the vampire lore skill to level 15. Other sims can "slay" vampires by fighting them and throwing the cure at them. Besides that, vampires are pretty powerful.
Mermaids... They are immune to pufferfish death and drowning. They can literally live on water without needing a house. The powers mostly affect other sims. The cure is eating two mermaid kelps in a row, which can be either found of bought from the rewards store. So, not very powerful.
Spellcasters can make their life simple with magic. Fill needs, copy things, grow plants, create food, resurrect ghosts... The risk of making too much magic is overcharge, which can lead to death if it happens repeatedly. They do age, but they can create the potion of immortality not only for themselves, but for other sims. However, they will still age. Just they can't die by old age. As far as I know, there are no deaths that are excluded for spellcasters. Cure is simply asking the sage to take the powers away. So, they're powerful. Plus spellcaster children will get bloodline traits, which will become stronger with next generation (unless the child isn't a spellcaster). Then they're more powerful.
Servos don't age and are immune to so many deaths. However, there are few deaths available to them (like cowplant) and if they break down and aren't fixed for a long time, they'll have a catastrophic meltdown and die. When a servo dies, they don't become a ghost, but instead they get deleted, so oof. And unfortunately, water (rain and swimming) is their weakness, making them break down faster. Other than that, powerful.
Werewolves, the new life state, so I don't have a lot of knowledge about them. But here's what I know.
While werewolves will have an advantage in fights, it is possible for a regular sim to defeat a werewolf in a fight. Plus most of the deaths are available to them (the one exclusion I know is death by anger). When a sim gets the cursed bite, they may easily die by stavation. They can get the power to become immortal though. Powers also help werewolves not need a house as they can fulfill their needs anywhere.
So, pretty powerful. If werewolves have children, they may either be as powerful, more powerful, or just a normal sim.
So then, in my opinion, which of them is the most powerful.
I have to say that due to being immune to a lot of deaths, it has to be vampires. Werewolves and spellcasters are also really powerful.
