Yes Get to Work does include the doctor career! Also, yes! I never had Bon Voyage, but to my understanding it's pretty much like that with vacation lots! I've also moved a family to the island and it makes for fun gameplay. No forgiveness needed, I'm happy to help? I also think City Living is a good one too. I just really like new destinations, if you can't tell :)
