What is the best way to start a fire instantly?

For storytelling purposes I have a large lot I need to have burn down. It's a 40x30 and the building is multistory and takes up most of the lot. So there is a lot I need to set on fire. What's the bes...

Edit: if you place rugs around fire should catch and spread quickly


I tried setting fireworks off indoors on a residential lot i needed to burn down for story telling and neither of them went off.
