I used to delete the Pancakes and, uhm, delete Malcolm Landgraab in my games, but I am more accepting these days and "try" to let the pre-made sims exist.
One thing that helped, is that I install the Pancakes from Maxiscreator_01 with a toddler and use it at the start of a new game. Eliza seems to be less of a butinsky, as a result! Malcolm, well, I marry him off to Cassandra Goth and make them have multiple babies, hahaha!
