I agree with many that Charisma is the most boring skill, but that's probably because you have to stand in front of a mirror for hours if you need to get skillpoints fast. But I like that you get it almost automatically after a while, I think I've had a social sim that maxed her Charisma skill. But it's my least favorite.
I think my favorite is either cooking, writing or programming. I don't know, the game has a lot of good skills to be honest. I just think it's a shame that they don't get to keep a copy of the book like they used to. (I think I'll get the mod that allows you to do that)
