An upgrade or something borked it - it was not like this at first - repetitive tasks like serums - yes, but originally it only had tasks to invent things one time - not over and over again. I just ignore them now and try to do the other tasks to fill up the bar but not always possible because as you said - the sequence is not always in order with their skill level.
