I would have to agree with Herbalism. I think collecting ingredients in the Sims 4 is boring.
Yeah, collecting this is sooo boring.
Heh, this makes me realize I never collect anything in the Sims. I've never bred a frog, or collected any bugs, minerals or fossils (other than for money). - Dancing, The dance moves aren't very good.
- netney525 years agoNew SpectatorMaybe DJ never used the skill or rocket science again never really use this skill. Also not used the ones that came with eco lifestyle either.
Edit add bowling to the list hardly ever use it - HopeyStarr5 years agoRising TravelerHerbalism. What a boring skill.
- Kathykins5 years agoSeasoned NewcomerCharisma is a boooore to level. And talking to a mirror is a no-no for my celebs, because they get the Vain Street quirk.
Mischief is something I never want my sims to do. That and mean stuff.
Also, Dancing....'cause y'all can't dance, sims....Maybe except the Rumba, but I don't think that's really fitting for ever sim either.
Singing, unless I turn off the sound or do something else, like browsing forums - I don't think its really skills i dislike per say but there is few things that really annoy me with some of them
for example I love writing being skill but i absolutely hate that sims can only write with computer so i hardly ever pick that skill
i love baking being skill but i also hate that you don't really get to do much with it unless you buy that huge machine
i love violin skill but boy do i hate it when sims in the dorm won't stop getting violins out of nowhere and displaying their lack of talent
I love gourmet cooking yes but 10 levels of it? after your sim already mastered cooking? talk about being extra.
I love woodworking but there is literally like nothing to make with that since it was put into the game
dancing? great... except it isn't cause whats up with that dancing anyway can it even be called dancing
oh and i absolutely hate videogame skill because sims will just pick it out of nowhere and in some of my saves videogames are not even supposed to exist yet
overall: if i need big machine for a skill or its techy one like programming or whatever i probaby will not bother with it - Mischief is the absolute worst skill of the game and fittingly tied to one of the worst Aspirations of the whole game.
- Hermitgirl5 years agoNew SpectatorMostly I like all the skills if they fit my sim character. Gotta rotate though so I'm not doing a particular one all the time so nothing gets too tedious. Usually though I'm not real happy banging away at the rocketship to skill up rocket science. I guess because there aren't many animations otherwise and I like to have it mostly upgraded before launching.
- I'd have to say mischief and photography, though they are a little different in experience. Mischief interactions I can sometimes use and match to Sims, but I absolutely despise that if I notice any of these Sims are missing then they are automatically trolling the forums. It is like having one bit of video game skill so they do it all the time and it drives me crazy.
Photography is just a boring skill to me. You can do cool, active things with it, but as someone with no interest in real life I would have preferred to not have a more active role. Or better yet an auto shoot or something I can make them do so I don't have to fool with it. "simgirl1010;c-17687680" wrote:

I'd have to say mischief is my least favorite but as I have a sim completing all the skills I'll have to get around to it at some point. :p
Looking at the list I probably haven't even attempted to get half these skills. When I go back to Sims 4 I may create a file where the goal is to max every available skill.
