I've got two, actually.

One of my sims was impregnated by her fiancé's brother. She planned on hiding the baby from her fiancé, but she ended up having triplets, which are pretty hard to hide. She locked them in the basement only she could get to in hope that the children's crying couldn't be heard in the house (it mostly couldn't), but one child was extremely noisy. She then purposely neglected that child so that it was taken away and now the other two have grown up thinking there wasn't a third child. Both of the children are now teenagers and they are still locked in that basement. The fiancé hasn't found out yet. She plans on letting them free when they are adults.

A different sim had three children already and one of which was a toddler. The toddler was annoying and needed attention constantly. Once they became a child, all they did was cause trouble and make messes. When they became a teenager they argued with all of the family members and just got too annoying, so he locked the teenager in a small room until they died. His wife is convinced that the teenager just simply ran away, but she wasn't emotionally effected as the teenager annoyed her too.
