What kind of weather do you think the different neighbourhoods will have?

I wonder now about some other thing. Will there be any in-game way to get know about the climate of each world? Or will that be just left to our observation as a player?
I usually play a bit in every world, depending on a save, but let's say somebody doesn't play much in Windenburg, just because. But if we could get know somehow that Windenburg is supposed to have colder winters (for example), that person may decide to move there because of that. I know such things will probably be disscussed on the Forums and online in general, but it would be a nice detail, to have that informations in the game.
