What kinds of lots do you plan on putting in Tartosa, the Wedding Stories World?

I think I am going to create a bakery and have my two sims run a bakery for the town. I plan on making my sims a permanent home there. I am going to have them both live together but for head cannon, my main sim is renting a room to the other sim because she needs the money to open a bakery. The second sim is new and out of work so they agree she can work at the Bakery.

I have always played these two sims as sisters in the past but this time they will just be roommates and hopefully, a budding relationship will ensue so I can then plan their wedding etc. It is going to be fun since I have never really played with relationships before.
