Seasons will always be my number one but since you said new...
High School: With a chalkboard that works kind of like the yoga classes where desk can be fit in and have a teacher doing a lesson. High school activities such as sports teams cheerleading and a drama class with a few play options. New personality types for teens that actually flesh them out like the toddlers got such as jock nerd rebel and so on with new activities and interactions that only go with sims with these traits so everyone not the same.
Farm Life: Its about time we be able to run a farm with horses cows sheep chickens and not just gardening. This pack needs a grocery store to sell our produce milk eggs and other products with a cash register no chasing Sims down with a tablet.
