My partner and I were actually discussing this a few days ago, we would both love to see a farming expansion pack, like pets except with things like cows, horses, sheep etc. but have them all as NPCs so you can't really have them as pets. Almost like how in Get to Work you can open shops, you can open farms and grow crops and breed animals etc.
Or the option to do an animal sanctuary that goes alongside Sims Cats and Dogs, I think they would be fun and fascinating!
