It's almost certain we won't get carnival pack because they seem to split carnival elements into separate packs. Like we have amusement park in High School Years and will have sort of water park in Growing Together.
What's wrong with Europe? We have English Henford and Britechester, German/Scandinavian Windenburg, castle ruins. Not eveything is about the USA, you know.
