Office/den (sometimes it includes gym items)
2+ bathrooms (also depends on family size)
Open living room/dinning/kitchen
Outdoor area with deck/patio & grilling area
Sometimes I’ll include:
Laundry room
Basement
Pool/hot tub
Playroom
Hobby room
Man cave
Dedicated pet area
