My average family home consists of
Kitchen
Living
Dining
Sometimes Foyer
2.5+ baths including en suite
3/4 Bedrooms including master
Office
Laundry Room (sometimes laundry is in a bathroom)
If I can make the stairs work I'll do a basement and some of these rooms are there. If my families are doing really well and have two or more offspring when they move into their "forever home" I may include a playroom that changes as the children grow
