Right now, my 3rd Gen Legacy House has the following:
Foyer
Kitchen
Dining Room
Living Room
Master Bedroom
Master Bath
Nursery
Study
Guest Room (usually the heir lives here)
Guest Bath
Exercise Room (Gen 2 heir is a fitness nut)
Garage
"Laundry Room" (actually a locked room that holds all the unused potions)
There is a 2nd floor coming which will have
2 more Bedrooms
2 more Bathrooms
Media Room
Loft
Balcony
This is all based on a floor plan for a real-world house (modded to deal w/the fact that some things just cannot be done architecturally in Sims).
