What setting do you use for light fixtures?

I set all lights to white and set auto lights where it makes sense--bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, dining rooms, etc. Basically anywhere you would turn the lights on/off every time you come or go. Also, it's nice to have to bedroom lights turn off when your sim is sleeping.

I usually leave the kitchen/living room on permanently since traffic passes through so often and it gets annoying.
