What size home do you prefer?
I prefer mansions and large the bigger the better. I like fort sims to have LOTS of rooms.

I have a preference for small/medium homes. Sims always want so many things though, that make there homes large and takes forever to get from A to B. So I choose other, as while there homes start out small/medium they always end up large.
