What sort of worlds/neighbourhoods should a prospective 'The Sims 5' have?

Open neighbourhood makes some sort of sense. Something that is more than what ts4 has, but is less than ts3. Maybe an open neighbourhood of up to ten or twelve lots? So you can visit your neighbours without a loading screen, and visit local community lots without a loading screen, but you will have a loading screen if you travel to anywhere outside the neighbourhood.

Then again, other games have fully open worlds...
