What sort of worlds/neighbourhoods should a prospective 'The Sims 5' have?

I don’t like rabbit holes at all, I want to be able to enter building I see. it would be nice to be able to see your neighbors and walk over to talk to them, See kids roller skating and riding bikes around the neighborhood. The sims 4 neighborhoods are too small. I think there should be at least 10 lots in a neighborhood, and no rabbit hole lots.
