What speed?

1 because 2 and 3 don't seem to work well (as it should)

I play on speed one because I play the game to play the game and I can't enjoy it or my sims if they're zooming through their lives on fast forward. I am fascinated by those who play the game that way and would love to hear their reasons behind it.

Occasionally I will use 2 speed when they're taking a shower or eating or doing other tasks that will take a while like programming or writing but mostly even then I just plop down a stereo and listen to the music while they complete their tasks. Of course I do allow the game to speed through the night unless someone is awake and active on the lot.

1 most of the time; 3 for sleep, and showers if playing a single sim.

I usually play on 3 myself however it does not work the right way. So this week I have been doing 1 and I actually enjoy it.

1 and 3, but 3 most of the time, because I can be a very impatient person :/

Speed 2 usually works for me, but I do tend to pause the game and que up a bunch of actions before hand. The reason I don't play on 3 is because the lag, or lack of action/following orders, is a hassle.

I play on 1 most of the time so I can kind of micromanage them. I play on 2 if I have something going that's going to take a while and I'm not trying to manage another sim (gardening, cooking, showering, etc). I play on 3 if I'm following just waiting for them to hurry up and finish something, but I tend to pause or stay on 2 because 3 has some lag and loss of time that I don't get on speeds 1 or 2.

I really follow all my Sims on speed 1, only ever speeding up if it's something tedious and they're the only one around doing so, like sleeping, doing work tasks, jogging, bowling, etc.

2 the majority of the time. 3 when I want to get a task finished. 1 when I need to queue several actions.
