What speed?
What speed do you play your game on? 1,2 or 3?

I play on 1 most of the time so I can kind of micromanage them. I play on 2 if I have something going that's going to take a while and I'm not trying to manage another sim (gardening, cooking, showering, etc). I play on 3 if I'm following just waiting for them to hurry up and finish something, but I tend to pause or stay on 2 because 3 has some lag and loss of time that I don't get on speeds 1 or 2.
