Hard pick if you don't have any! Also depends on how much use you'll get out of it and how you play your game.
Spooky Day was pretty useless when it came out, BUT it pairs well with Seasons very nicely and sims will use the candy bowl autonomously too.
Hot tubs I always use and plop in a pool lot as well which sims will use autonomously and you can make a nice little backyard for your sims, so it doesn't look so 'bleh'. Backyard stuff also pairs well with perfect patio. I love the new drink tray to mix drinks and windchime. CAS is really great for that summery vibe and clothing to it.
Movie Hangout I use a lot and my sims do too since they'll sometimes look at a movie while I don't direct them too. Plus you have a new popcorn maker to go along with that and some large jumbo movie screens you can use outside or just make a theater on a community lot. I do like the boho like CAS items and some I can use pretty casually.
Toddler and Kids Room stuff is good if you're a family player and want more things for your sim spawns to do, which is very good. Plus, more items to decorate my younger sims rooms plus better clothing helped out. Also get a new tween channel and tween music station. Void Critters game is pretty fun for children to play. In the toddler pack, I really like the clothes plus you can have a playdate event as then there's an actual slide for them. Something that fits perfectly in a backyard or a playroom inside. :3
Vintage Glamour is good if you have some rich and high class sims who you wanna give a butler too. The decor is very chic and beautiful. CAS is pretty weak, but you also get a functioning vanity table and juice globe.
Bowling Night. YEP IT'S BOWLING. New Venue and decent hangout spots for sims. Small cas, but I love the hairstyles and male jeans that comes with this along with the female top. The furniture is probably the bigger highlight of this pack.
Laundry day I thought I'd dislike more, but all the decor and furniture is great for rustic and country theme. Have a clothes line for my sims tha tlive on a farm, but it rains so much their laundry never gets done, derp.
Fitness stuff has a very nice CAS for more modern workout attire. The furniture in this pack is very modern and nice and I think I enjoy the new workout videos for your tv to just workout at home. I put that big honking treadmill wall in a gym and they will use it.
My first pet? Probably the only time to buy it when it's on sale if you really want a cute hamster and a new gruesome death. Everything else? Meh.
