What type of lots/venues are you building in Sulani?

1-2 hotels and 2-3 rentals with the use of mods, also a bar, restaurant and probably a spa. Don't know beyond that.

The new environmental aspiration might make it cool to add an aquarium or conservatory. It would be a really cool date spot.

I want to make a lot where sims can get married at the beach. Probably have to be a club as it is the only way I know of to throw a wedding party there, but it worked so far and want to make one with stilts and overlook the ocean and with fireworks set up, it would be really pretty. Spas and seaside restaurants can work as well, but I already have some in other worlds so I might just go with the beach wedding venue idea.

Some sort of activity lot set up like a beach so my sims can head there for a beach day. I am definitely adding some sort of tropical restaurant and possibly a spa depending on the number of lots. Setting up a resort lot with a mod of course. I might have some sims live there but I don't know. It all depends how well the resort mod goes. If it is great, I will probably only visit. I have a cool Caribbean Bar in Newcrest that I am thinking of moving there.

Can you rent a house in sulani because I don’t want to leave my apartment

Thought of a great idea last night. I want to add a clothing store full of the local fashions, so that when my sims get there they can shop for island clothes to wear while on vacation.

I will build a beach wedding place, some kind of spa resort and finally a public pool in another world like Oasis Springs. I once started, but skipped it unfinished. Now with the towels and lounge chairs it will be amazing!
Also I want to make a camping lot where the sims live, that don't care about money. They just go fishing and have a great time as a chiller community.
And I think about building a nice beach party place.

I want to take the plane crash site from Strangerville, place it in Sulani and cover it with jungle greenery, then convert the underground portion to house a family of four, maybe five. I'm thinking sort of a Swiss Family Robinson scenario, except with a plane crash instead of a shipwreck, but they loved it there so much they decided to stay.

The other lot I might want would be an outdoor nightclub with a DJ, dance floor, and a bar (maybe the Tiki bar that came with one of the special editions of the base game). I'll have to see how the build/buy looks but I might put the DJ booth and dance floor under a glass roof to prevent breakage in rain, then some sort of thatched roofing over the bar.

There's a shipwreck lot that someone said works similar to the plane crash in strangerville. So you could use that instead.
