What type of lots/venues are you building in Sulani?

The volcano neighbourhood is where the townies can live as I have no interest in that bit.

In the neighbourhood on the left; keep the lot at the top as is; again I'm not interested in it and someone's living there. The 30x20 next to it will be for my regulars to holiday so It'll be stuck as a generic/rental lot. The beach lot next to it will be a spa, the grassy 40x30 I'm going to redesign and the large empty lot will be a beach.

In the bottom right neighourhood, I don't know about the one at the top, the little 20x20 beach hut will probably be a lounge/bar, the beach will stay a beach, the bar will probably be a cafe/restaurant, the 40x30 grassy lot will be a park and the small grassy lot next to the road will be a little vet clinic.

Okay, I think I finally settled on something - I'll probably be using a very basic lot where you can build on water (I think the one near the volcano, but I'm not sure yet). I will then build a very tiny hut-like house, that goes a bit over the water, so my sims can basically fish from there, but absolutely nothing fancy. Inside the hut, there's going to be a table since it will be a community room for my self-sustaining off-the-grid community living there, but also a shelter for storms. There will also be that new fireplace thingy with the leaves in front of the hut where they can make food. They'll be getting those new fish catching things (I forgot the name), and maybe even a boat (not the aqua zips, of course, the other one). And then I think I'll be moving in a few sims (some related, some not) to live there together off the grid.

That being said, when I get the pack, I'll probably be doing something else entirely.

I am at least going to make a beach bar/restaurant so I finally have a good setting for that Tiki Bar I've had from the start but never used.
A restaurant with the tables out in a pier over the water, maybe. Some outdoor spa perhaps.

So I killed off Jacques Villareal; I'm going to be looking for a nice 3BR house for the kids to move into after they sell their home lot to the Windenburg Town Council for a future large park. Hugo's going on a fitness kick after eating some Taste of Diet ice cream, Luna may eventually hook up with a merSim, and if I have my druthers Max is going to be shark food. B)

I'm going to make a kava and karaoke bar that will be the meeting place for a club of fa'afafine sims that I'll make.
