I dunno about farming. It sure sounds like they plan to put something like that together. Considering they're asking and we're asking and it's not really something previously done and would definitely need a new world... On the other hand the idea of a calm country life feels a touch sedate for my tastes.
I just remember, if they're asking us what we want, that means they're still in the 'what will we prioritise' stages, and EPs normally take up to two years. While what we ask for might give them an idea for what comes next it's by no means a sign that our requests are the reason they made it.
